Christmas Part 2

Well, now that we have the holiday season behind us, I can finally breathe again! We went to Lincoln on Christmas Eve for church and to spend some time with my dad and grandparents. It was the first time in several years that we were all together. Minus my niece Abbi who was at her dad's. :( As I knew and prepared for, this Christmas will probabaly be the last with my grandparents. I feel so blessed to have them in my life and for my children to have really known their great-grandparents. It was also good for the kids to spend time with Grandpa Steve, Grandma Terri, Aunt Kelsey and Uncle David. They of course, think Uncle David is the greatest, he will wrestle, play games, etc...all the things that a 17 year old has the energy for!!! Christmas day was spent in the morning just with our family, then Rachael and Mick came over as well as my Aunt Gail for dinner and to just hang out. I feel incredibly blessed each and every holiday season, I hope you do too!!!

Tis the Season....

I can't believe it's the Christmas season already! We have been busy with Christmas so far this Dec.. 2 down (my mom and my in-laws) 2 to go!! Enjoy some pictures from our busy holiday season so far. Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year to all my friends and family!!

Welcome to the world William Robert Mitchell!!!

This morning at 5:34am I was blessed with a new nephew! He was 7lbs 7oz and 20 inches long. Rachael had to have a C-Section but they are both doing well! He is a cute baby boy and looks just like my Brother-in-law! Congrats to my sissy!! Love you tons!

Happy Birthday Buttercup!!! (a few days late)

This weekend I got to go and hang out at the Ameristar to celebrate the birthday's of my BEST FRIEND Laura, and her wonderful boyfriend Adam! We had good beers, good friends, and didn't win any money! It was so nice to get out of the house and away from the kids for a little while and just decompress! It was so great to see them both and all the friends that they brought out with them.

I can't believe it's the start of another school year! Where does the summer go? It's hard to believe that my "babies" are starting 7th, 5th, and 1st grade!! Here are some great pics of them on the 1st day of school....

When did they get this big???

I know I'm biased, but I really do have the most beautiful children!!!! This is the 4 of them last Saturday as we got ready to go to a wedding. I just can't get over how grown up they are!!! How is it possible that I have a teenager, 2 pre-teens, and a 6 year old going on 26!!!! I love them though!
