Extreme BodyShaping


Ok, 2 weeks ago I joined Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping. I am determined to get into shape!
This is a really tough workout. I go 6 days a week for 45 minutes a day. We do cardio (kickboxing) for 3 days and resistance training (alternating upper body and lower body) for 3 days. Right now, I feel like I will never be able to move without a muscle hurting again. I am also following their nutrition plan, and for those of you who know me well, know that it is tough for me. I eat 6 times a day, protein (12-18 gr) 6 times, carbs (26 gr) 5 times, and vegetables 3 times. This by far has been the most difficult part for me. But, I have 2 weeks down and 8 more to go! I can see some results already so I'm hoping it's worth it! Wish me luck. I will keep you posted on my progress!

Kati-Great Job and good luck with the next 8 weeks. I need to do something like this after this baby! I give you a lot of credit for doing it and sticking with it. Something like this is hard when you have a family to take care of also!

I'm so proud of you! It is so tough to get into shape. I need to get my butt in gear and start losing this baby weight, but I'm just not motivated. Good for you for doing this and sticking with it!

I am slowly but surely working on it! I figured holding onto my baby weight for 5 years was a bit much! Thanks for the well wishes everyone!
